Day #59 - Goodbye...

Today I left my room at Coimbra to move to my new home and I think that deserves a picture. Departures are always sad... especially when you leave great friends behind. But that's life and you have to move on. Besides that they are only 30min away, and I'm really excited about this new stage in my life.

Day #58 - Happy Birthday Cajó!

This post is one day late but the photo was shot yesterday so it counts! :D The reason why I didn't post it yesterday was because I was at Cajó's Birthday Party. Here a shot of his birthday cake. Happy Birthday!!!

Day #57 - Matches

I'm starting to pack everything to move to my new home and I found this matches on a drawer. I liked the reflection on the table so I decided to make it my photo of the day. :D

Day #55 - Connected

Along with the TV I also bought a small PC that will be used as a media center. These last few days I've been experimenting with it.

Today I received my brand new TV! It's easy to understand that I didn't have much time left for a better photo... :D

Day #52 - Broken Lamp

Now that I'll be moving next week I'm starting to look at this house and remembering some funny episodes I lived in the past few years. Like this broken lamp that I fell on top a few year ago when arriving from a students party... Had too much drinks.. :D

Day #51 - White horse

Today when I arrived at my parents house to have lunch with them our neighbor had this beautiful horse roaming around their house. I thought to my self: What a nice subject for today's photo. Luckily, since I started this project, I always have my camera at hand. ;)

Here it is: The photo of the day. I'd also like to apologize my followers because of my lack of participation replying to their kind comments on my pictures. I've been really short of time but I promise to take some minutes in the next few days to post some replies and especially some comments on other friend's shots. Thank you all for still following my 365 project even though I'm not investing the time I would like on my photos, my followers posts and commenting on my fellow photographers who are also on this kind of project.

Day #46 - LOL!

It's getting harder and harder to shoot my daily photo... I guess you can tell by the quality of the pictures :). The problem is that, because I'm currently setting up my new house, and I'm moving by the end of this month, there are a lot of things to do and I've got absolutely no time. But I'm not quitting! :D Speaking of time, this is a shot of my bedroom clock, upside down, laughing out loud (LOL) in my face.

Day #43 - Black Cat

This shot is an experiment with a technique suggested by a friend. It consists of setting the camera to a slower shutter speed (1/20 in this case) and zooming in while shooting the photo. The result kind of adds movement to the shot, a paper bag with a black cat, in this case.

Day #42 - Sagres

This one was shot at the local bar Rock's Café when drinking an Erdinger after work. For those who don't know, Sagres is a brand of Portuguese beer.

I was experimenting with my camera and I shot this picture of the bottom of a water bottle seen from the bottle neck. I found it curious because it kind of looks like an eyeball to me... What do you guys think?

Day #33 - Smoke

Shooting smoke sometimes reveals curious shapes. In this case you can see the letter "a". I shot this picture at a window and the red spot is just the bokeh from the city lights.
